Wholesale Partner Requirements

To become an authorized wholesale partner of 8Pack Nutrition, businesses must meet the following requirements:

1. Trusted Business Status

All wholesale applicants must operate a legitimate and reputable business with the necessary licenses and permits required by local laws and regulations.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

Wholesale partners must meet the minimum order quantity 200 unit (MOQ) established by 8Pack Nutrition for each order. Minimum quantities may vary by product category.

3. Compliance with Company Policies

All wholesale partners must comply with 8Pack Nutrition’s policies, pricing guidelines, brand standards, and business regulations at all times.

4. Product Quality and Store Standards

Wholesale partners must maintain clean, professional, and safe retail or online environments. Products must be stored, displayed, and handled according to recommended health and safety standards.

5. Brand Representation

Partners must represent 8Pack Nutrition products honestly and professionally. False advertising, misleading claims, or unauthorized modifications to product information are strictly prohibited.

6. Order and Payment Terms

All orders must be paid according to the agreed payment terms. 8Pack Nutrition reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts with overdue balances.

7. Right of Approval

8Pack Nutrition reserves the right to approve or reject any wholesale application and may terminate wholesale partnerships that fail to meet company standards.

By purchasing products from 8Pack Nutrition on a wholesale basis, the partner acknowledges and agrees to comply with this policy.
